TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR USING ICMH FACILITIES:

1. Early booking at least 1 month beforehand through official correspondence is advisable. The letter should include:

- title and duration of the course
- date of check-in and check out
- number of participants
- type and required number of training room
- type and required number of training room
- type and number of AV equipment needed
- approximate duration of working hour per day
- sitting arrangement
- approximate menu
- other services required

Upon booking request, ICMH will provide booking confirmation and an approximate budget.

2. Fifty percent of the budget should be paid in advance 7 days before the programme. The remaining 50% will be paid within 7 days after completion of the programme.

3. Cancellation should be made at least 7 days prior the programme. In case of late cancellation, 10% of the total budget will be deducted and the remaining amount will be returned.

4.ayments can be made in cash or in cheque in favour of Director, Institute of Child and Mother Health.

5. All sorts of communication should be made with the training coordinators or the catering consultant of ICMH.

6. ICMH reserves the right to cancel any booking at least 15 days before the scheduled date.

7. Tax or VAT will be paid by ICMH, the hiring agency will not deduct the money from the total bill.

8. Smoking and drinking alcohol are strictly prohibited within the complex. ICMH authority posses the right to take measures in case of any such activity creating nuisance.

9. The facility utilization charges are enclosed as annex 1. These charges can be changed anytime with prior notification.
